On a Friday afternoon, you’re standing at the counter of my parents' Chinese takeout restaurant. You might think you're just a customer, but you're actually a target for the 6-year-old me.

What's your dog's name? Why is your coat green? Where do you live?

I've always been curious about people. Who are you? What do you think? What do you do? Why? In retrospect, choosing my major in Marketing makes sense. If you want people to buy your product, you need to understand what motivates them.

As a Managing Director, it’s much the same. Leading by truly understanding people. I am immensely proud of my team. I firmly believe in their superpower: to unlock you and your story. My role is to facilitate that superpower. I believe in the combination of safety and stretch: how are our trainers engaging? What are they curious about? What do they need? How can they present the best version of themselves?

And you’ll find that best version of yourself in the training room. I hear and see your enthusiasm after a session. I admirer for the wonderful client you are. And me? I might just happen to cross paths with you on the way to the training theater. But the 6-year-old in me doesn’t care. So:
