The sessions

Each program is customized to your needs. We focus on the qualities you bring as a speaker and challenge you to discover the best version of yourself. Instead of discussing theoretical concepts, you will engage in practical exercises on the training stage to experience what works best for you personally. We will help you uncover your leadership vision, embody it, and communicate it with impact.

Intake

The program begins with your intake interview. You will be paired with your personal coach, and together you will discuss your goals and ambitions. You will then immediately start working on an assignment for your first individual training session.

Feedforwards and assignments

What happens in the training room needs to be translated into practice and anchored for the future. Therefore, after each session, you will receive feedforward and a follow-up assignment for the next session. This ensures that you consistently apply what you've learned and maintain an overview of the entire process.

Take-out 

Upon completing the program, you will have a (virtual) meeting with your coach. We will reflect on your journey and discuss how you can further apply what you've learned in practice.
