For all our courses, we offer 100% satisfaction guarantee, not satisfied means no invoice!

Individual course:

Cancellation/change up to 5 business days before a session is free of charge, after that we charge a 750 euro cancellation fee.

Group Courses:

Cancellation/change up to 3 weeks before the first day of training is free of charge, after that we charge a 50% cancellation fee.

Workshops / lectures:

Cancellation/change up to 5 business days before a session is free of charge, after that we charge a 50% cancellation fee.
