About the program

Over the course of four days, you will work with your coach to elevate yourself to new heights. By the end of the training, the stage will feel like a familiar space where you can truly be yourself. You will have addressed your personal learning objectives and discovered how to approach future speaking engagements in a way that suits you. You will also know exactly which strengths to leverage during important presentations. The culmination of the program will be the final presentation of your story… before an audience.

Intake

You will discuss your goals and ambitions with the coach leading the program. We will also ask you to start thinking about your topic and audience for the final presentation. Additionally, you will receive a homework assignment to complete before Day 1.

Day 1: The Best Version of Yourself

Discover how to enhance your presence and convey your passion on stage. Learn how to capture and hold your audience's attention

Day 2: Inspire Your Audience to Take Action

Learn to give your story focus, and how to engage your audience, even when they're critical.

Feedforward and interim assignment

Receive a feedforward with the most important learning points from the first two days, and suggestions on how to put what you've learned into practice. Get additional stimulation from a homework assignment for the next two days.

Day 3: Say What You Truly Want to Say

Discover how to bring your vision to life with a vivid image of the future, how to create suspense in your story, and how to inspire by drawing upon your unique experiences.

Day 4: Own the Stage

Day Zero! Tonight, you take the stage. There's still time to fine-tune your story, dot the i's and cross the t's in a one-on-one coaching session with your coach. Invite your guests to join you at dinner beforehand, if you like. And after your final presentation, there'll be drinks to celebrate your impact.

What are the timings of the training days?   

Days 1 through 3 start at 9:30 AM and conclude at 5:00 PM. On Day 4, we begin at 1:00 PM. Dinner, which is optional and can include guests, is at 6:00 PM. The final presentation itself starts at 7:00 PM and will take place in our training theater in Amsterdam.

Who do you want at your final presentation?  

On the final day, everyone is invited to bring a number of guests of their choice. This could be a partner, a parent, a colleague, a close friend, a director, or team members. There is only one rule: each participant must have at least two guests...

Is it a good idea to book a hotel between the training days?   

We leave the choice entirely up to you. We are located close to the Bullewijk metro station, just a 15-minute ride from Amsterdam Central Station. Therefore, you can easily book a hotel in Amsterdam city center.

What are the advantages of group training versus individual coaching?   

You will learn from and be challenged by a close-knit and diverse group of fellow participants.

Is there also an English edition available?
